Mr. D'Aloia has spent over 20 years in the U.S. Navy, most recently as an Intelligence Specialist Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve at the Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center in Minneapolis. In this role, he managed a staff of 50 Navy, Army and Air Force personnel, conducted research and analysis of countries designated by PACOM, presented daily intelligence reports to the Joint Commander in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and built targeting guides for gaining command, targets designated by PACOM.
Prior to this he served at the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center in Dam Neck, Virginia where he instructed over 500 sailors in the basics of Naval Intelligence, designed and implemented new training material, and achieved Navy Master Training Specialist.
Mr. D'Aloia serves as Adventium's information technology manager and facility security officer. From 2001 to 2009, he served as MIS Manager for CMS Direct where he managed networks in two locations (one in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin), was responsible for $1.5M annual hardware and software budget, managed five IT professionals who were collectively responsible for 160 staff and over 200 servers including, Microsoft, Linux, UNIX and AS/400. Prior to this he was an Information Technology Supervisor for the State of Minnesota where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the computer network for the State of Minnesota governor's office, along with the Department of Administration. He managed a staff of eight IT professionals who were responsible for 230 workstations and 4 offices with 12 Novell and 6 Microsoft servers.
