Adventium is proud to sponsor the 2012 Cyber Security Summit in Minneapolis, Minnesota, running October 9th through the 10th. Cyber Security is critical to regional economic resiliency and to National critical infrastructure. The summit will bring together leaders from government, business, and non-profit sectors for collaboration on the issues of cyber security and for the conception of new, innovative counter measures against cyber threats.

Robotics Alley is designed to raise the profile of the central United States in the global robotics industry. Adventium is among these companies working on some of the most innovative and promising robotics projects. For example, Adventium's MiCART technology allows a robotics control system to robustly share computing resources with less critical software systems operating on the robot. Based on work resulting from a NASA SBIR, Adventium was issued a patent today titled "Inferring System-level Properties", patent #8,195,599. This technology has played a big role in several of our programs, most recently on our FUSED effort, one of DARPA's Adaptive Vehicle Make programs.
Adventium is proud to sponsor and participate in the the upcoming MinneWIC conference on February 24-25, 2012. MinneWIC is a regional celebration of Women in Computing in the upper midwest. This regional meeting, modeled after the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women inComputing, will bring together students (high school and college), faculty, and technology leaders from across Minnesota and neighboring states to discuss the role of women in today's computing and technology fields, share experiences and strategies for success, and explore issues common to women working in these fields.
